Witham Wharf, a landmark residential development in the centre of Lincoln, required a comprehensive electrical refurbishment and fire safety upgrade to bring all systems in line with current UK standards.
Real Electrical Solutions (R.E.S) were appointed to design, manage, and deliver the full scope of electrical and fire safety works across this occupied, high-rise apartment complex — ensuring minimal disruption to residents while enhancing safety, reliability, and compliance throughout the building.

- Fire alarm system upgrades and full integration across apartments and communal areas.
- Emergency lighting installation in corridors, stairwells, and escape routes.

- Smoke and heat detector installations throughout the development.

Project Outcome
