Project Background
Wigston Queen Elizabeth College (WQE), a prestigious Grade II listed educational institution in Leicestershire, required a full electrical refurbishment as part of a large-scale modernisation programme.
Real Electrical Solutions (R.E.S) were appointed to deliver a complete electrical overhaul designed to modernise teaching spaces, enhance energy efficiency, and ensure fire safety compliance, while carefully preserving the building’s architectural heritage.

- Full rewiring of classrooms, offices, and communal spaces.

Project Outcome
All works were completed in compliance with BS 7671:2018+A2:2022 (IET Wiring Regulations), BS 5839 (Fire Detection and Alarm Systems), and Building Regulations Part P.
